• Service non-delivery: If Exnovation fails to provide the agreed-upon advertising and marketing services. 

• Service dissatisfaction: In cases where the delivered services do not align with the mutually agreed-upon expectations, subject to a thorough assessment.  

Initiating a Refund Request

• Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request to our dedicated customer support team within 7 days of the completion of the service. 

• The request should include a detailed explanation of the issue, supporting evidence, and any relevant documentation. 

Review and Resolution Process

 Exnovation will conduct a comprehensive review of each refund request to determine its validity. 

• Open communication with the client may be initiated to gather additional information or clarification during the review process. 

• Upon validation of the request, Exnovation will decide on an appropriate resolution, which may involve a full or partial refund.  

Refund Disbursement 

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the resolution determination.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon. 

Exceptions 

• No refunds will be granted for services that have been delivered and are deemed satisfactory by the client.

• Refund requests based on subjective opinions or personal preferences will not be considered.
